Cannot. Customer needs to go back to Parcel+ system to do cancellation.

Customer to check with the sender.
What to do if I can’t find customer’s parcel?
Report lost to HQ 7-Eleven.
What to do if parcel is not picked up after certain days?

How can I track my parcel?

How much do I have to pay for the service?
Service is not applicable to public customers at the meantime.

This scenario is not applicable. Cashier will verify before passing the parcel to customer.
